What transaction options do I have for purchasing a Guidance Document?

Guidance Documents can be purchased with a credit card via our online store. You will receive an electronic version (PDF) of the document. There is also the option to add Organisation name, Tax ID and card holder name during the check out process if purchasing using a company credit card.

If your preferred method of payment is electronic funds transfer, please contact us for a proforma invoice. If requesting a proforma invoice, please provide the below information:

  • full billing address
  • end user name
  • end user address
  • end user email address
  • ISPE ID number
  • ISPE Membership Type
  • Guidance Document title

How do I find out more information about a Guidance Document?

Visit the Guidance Document page on the website to learn more about each of the guidance documents available for purchase. If additional information is needed, please contact us.

Can I purchase a digital version, or e-book, of a Guidance Document?

All ISPE Guidance Documents offer a digital copy option. You can view or download your purchased documents via the Guidance Document Portal.

Can I purchase a bound version of a Guidance Document?

Bound copies will be available for all Guidance Documents shortly after the launch of our new Guidance Document portal. Please check back for more information about when these will be available.

Do I need an account to purchase a Guidance Document?

Yes, if you do not have an account for ISPE.org, you will need to create one prior to completing your purchase.

Does ISPE provide any discounts for Guidance Document purchases?

ISPE members receive member pricing on all ISPE Guidance Documents as part of their member benefits. Also, ISPE members residing in nations with emerging economies (as classified by the World Bank) receive 50% off of member price. The discount is calculated automatically at the point of purchase. Please note that emerging economy member discount 50% cannot be combined with any other offer. If requesting a proforma invoice, please ensure your ISPE customer account status is provided.

You must be logged in with your ISPE member account to receive the applicable discount. If you are not yet a member and would like to receive the membership discount, be sure to join ISPE prior to completing your purchase.

What is the shipping fee for my order?

There is no shipping fee for digital purchases.

Can I return my digital purchase?

No return policy on digital downloadable PDFs. For refunds on webinars related to training or topics, please contact the ISPE member services.

I am an ISPE member – how do I access content that is freely available to me?

To access member content please log in on the ISPE.org website and then navigate to the Guidance Document Portal. Member content can be accessed in the ‘My Guides’ section. Please note that select ISPE Good Practice Guides included with Membership are available for view access only in the e-reader.

How do I access my past purchases?

To access documents that you have purchased, please log in on the ISPE.org website and then navigate to the Guidance Document Portal. Your documents can be accessed in the ‘My Guides’ section. Any supplementary files will be available alongside the main publication.

How do I download my document?

To download a document that you have purchased, please log in on the ISPE.org website and then navigate to the ‘My Guides’ section of the Guidance Document Portal. Click on the relevant title to view the PDF (eReader) version and click on the Download icon in the top right corner. Please note that select ISPE Good Practice Guides included with Membership are available for view access only in the e-reader. If you would like the ability to download and print an ISPE Good Practice Guide included with membership, ISPE members are able to purchase Guidance Documents at a discounted rate.

Can I print my document?

Downloaded PDFs can be printed – all or part of the document.

Printing is also available from the e-reader; however, you can only print 10 pages at a time.

Select ISPE Good Practice Guides included with Membership cannot be printed unless you have purchased the document or if it is included with a training course.

Can I save highlights and notes in my document?

Downloaded PDFs have the functionality of saving annotations such as highlights and notes once they are downloaded, not in the e-reader. Please note annotation functionality is subject to the program you are using to access your downloaded PDF.

How do I access my receipt?

You will receive a system-generated purchase confirmation email at the point of purchase. This will contain your order number and details of what you purchased and how to access it. You will subsequently receive (by email) a full tax receipt. This will be sent from Wiley. Please retain this for your records. If you need a copy of your purchase confirmation or receipt please contact us.

I registered for a training course that includes a guidance document. How do I access my guide?

To access documents included in a training course, please log in on the ISPE.org website and then navigate to the Guidance Document Portal. Your documents can be accessed in the ‘My Guides’ section.

Please note that documents will only be available from 2 weeks before the start of the training.

If you register within 2 weeks of the start of the event your guide should be available about 4 hours after you register.

I am registered for a custom training course. How do I access my ISPE Guidance Document?

The point of contact at your company should provide a list of registrants to ISPE that they want to receive the guide. Once this list is received, please allow up to 1-week for your guide to be processed. Once processing is completed, log in on the ISPE.org website and navigate to the Guidance Document Portal. Your guide can be accessed in My Guides section.
